• Security Operations Center (SOC) platform
• Audit solutions (log, database, and traffic audit)
• Asset management and discovery systems
• Related cybersecurity services and support

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

8. Payment Terms

For paid services:

• Fees are due in advance and non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• All fees are exclusive of taxes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secisland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secisland from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policies.
